Assessment

We will review your accomplishment against the skills, education and experience required. We are not looking for perfect candidate. If we determine a close match between your talent and what we need, we will contact you for a phone interview.

 

Initial Interview

This is your chance to eloquently present yourself. It is also a chance for us to tell you more about our people,  our culture, our values and our business.
We want to learn more about your background, skills, strengths and unique characteristics as a person.

 

Final Interview

We will meet with you face to face. Expect this interview to last from 5 to 8 hours. You will meet 5 or more people. Expect detail yet challenging technical and behavior questions.

After you meet with each interviewer, it is company policy to make “HIRE” or “NO HIRE” decision the same day.

For example, if 5 people interviewed you, you need 3 or more to recommend for HIRE. If two or three candidates for the same job get same number of vote there will be final round.

 

 

Job Offer

If selected as the best candidate for the job, we will extend an offer.
